We helped Timme2's founder to build an AI prototype that automates the collection and analysis of pricing data for second-hand medical equipment, allowing him to complete valuations much faster and expand his own capacity without relying on analyst hire.

Timme2's founder advises banks and hospitals on the valuation of second-hand medical equipment. This work involved manually analysing invoices and researching market prices.
The goal was to prototype an internal tool to automate this research and structure the data more efficiently.
We worked with Timme2's founder to design and build a prototype that automated several steps of the valuation process.
The project included:
Because the data came from multiple formats and sources, we used AI models to classify and organise the information automatically.
We also explored infrastructure options for data hosting, assessing different storage services to ensure the security of sensitive bank information.
The working prototype showed how automation could enable the founder to take on significantly more clients without needing to hire additional analysts, creating a clear path to scaling the business efficiently.
The project stopped before the system was fully automated due to budget constraints. However, for us, it was an opportunity to experiment with combining AI models, data extraction, and automation for internal tools.
